Why Volunteer with Us?
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Car Rally Scavenger Hunt. This event takes effort to pull it together but it is going to be a huge amount of fun. Volunteers are key to making it a success and we are thrilled that you are going to join us! Volunteer opportunities are diverse, variable and may require different skill sets. Experience is not required, but certainly an asset. Volunteer is a great way to make new friends, contribute and strengthen our community ties, make a positive impact, and learn new things.
There are two ways to register as a Volunteer with the Car Rally Scavenger Hunt.
This form can be completed digitally. It is for anyone wishing to volunteer who does not require parent / guardian consent as it cannot be signed. Please submit your volunteer forms as soon as possible as it will help other volunteers who are “working” behind the scenes on website updates, planning entertainment, coordinating volunteers, route planning, etc.
This form must be completed by hand. It is for anyone wishing to volunteer. The form must be signed by a parent / guardian for anyone wishing to volunteer under the age of 19. The form can be submitted digitally (by email to bouchielakefriends@gmail.com) or delivered in person to FoBM, c/o Bouchie Lake Country Store, 2338 Bonny Road, Bouchie Lake

When you spend some of your time in service to others it helps to create the community that we all need and crave. Community is not a spectator sport, it’s a full-contact, interactive one.
