Sponsorship Package

Dear potential Sponsor,

The Friends of Bouchie – Milburn Society are reaching out to local businesses to welcome and invite them to join us as a sponsor at our inaugural Car Rally set for June 1st.

The objective of this is event is as follows: host a fun, collaborative event that will elevate awareness and interest in the Friends of Bouchie – Milburn Society and the history of the Bouchie Lake District, both First Nation and early settler, and will create connections across our community with other nonprofits and local businesses. Funds raised will go towards the Bouchie Lake Century Family Recognition Project which is well underway along with supporting other community based activities.

A Route has been proposed in which participants will travel to find features, clues, visit local businesses, and connect with local non-profits who have joined as a partner and are participating through offering an activity. We have developed 5 levels of sponsorship titled Wagon Wheel ($50), Dog Sled ($100), Pack Horse ($250), Model T ($500), and Mustang ($1000) which are described on the attached document and on our website. Each of the sponsorship levels comes with some great promotional opportunities.
